Welcome to An Ying Hui! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our chat application, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using An Ying Hui, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use An Ying Hui.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using An Ying Hui, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and An Ying Hui.

Zero Tolerance Policy: By using An Ying Hui, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content, abusive behavior, and violating users. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions, such as the European Union) to use An Ying Hui. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use An Ying Hui, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid phone number
• A username
• Optional profile information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can delete your account by:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
• Email Request: Send a request to privacy@An Ying Hui.com with your registered phone number. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including messages, media, and account information, will be permanently deleted within 90 days.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use An Ying Hui for lawful communication purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy: An Ying Hui enforces a strict zero tolerance policy for the following prohibited behaviors. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate action, including content removal and account termination.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Engage in any activity that could harm minors
• Promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission

Enforcement Actions: For violations of the above rules, we will take appropriate action based on the severity of the offense, including but not limited to warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. For severe violations, we will immediately terminate accounts and may report to law enforcement authorities.

5. Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or transmit through An Ying Hui ("Your Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and transmit Your Content to deliver the Service
• Create backups for reliability and recovery purposes

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted, and we cannot access their contents.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content
• Your Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights

5.3 Content Moderation and Reporting Mechanism

While we respect your privacy and use end-to-end encryption, we reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms (when reported or detected through metadata)
• Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct
• Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required

5.4 Reporting Objectionable Content

We provide convenient reporting mechanisms to help users report violating or objectionable content:

• In-App Reporting: Long-press on any message or content, select "Report" option, choose violation type (harassment, spam, inappropriate content, hate speech, etc.) and submit
• Email Reporting: Send detailed information to abuse@An Ying Hui.com, including user information, screenshots of violating content, and description
• Support Center: Visit our Support Center to submit a formal report

5.5 Report Processing Commitment

24-Hour Response Guarantee: We commit to taking action within 24 hours of receiving reports of objectionable content. Our processing procedure includes:

• Immediate review of all reported content
• Immediate deletion of content if violation is confirmed
• Taking appropriate action against violating users, including warnings, suspension, or permanent account ban
• Immediate removal of users and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities for serious violations (such as illegal content, threats, child safety issues)
• Providing feedback on the resolution to reporters (while maintaining privacy protections)

For emergencies involving illegal activities or direct threats to user safety, we will take immediate action without the 24-hour time constraint.
